  • 2-acres of landscaping and trees with a fabulous view of the mountains to the west and the valley to the south.

Join us on Canada Day July 1st for a very special day of fun filled activities, as we showcase DeWinton Station - “Old Town” circa 1915 - to the general public.

Stop at Strawberry Junction for a fresh strawberry and whipped cream dish. There will be rides for the children on Ol‘ Smoky plus the running of electric powered trains in the garden. Our indoor layout and other displays will be in operation too.

4” diameter turntable and shops

Many new features have been added to enhance the outdoor layout for this event, to include the start of the construction of the Town of Skagway, Alaska. Come and see a working 4” diameter turntable and shops plus a radio controlled boom crane on the docks at Lynn Canal. Some of our other new major developments will surely please even the most skeptical railway enthusiasts.

Special guests or hosts will be on site to provide entertainment and ensure the safety of the children, they will provide fun activities such as playing yard games, or participating in a group event.
